MAB Funds Management Limited (MAB Funds) was formed in
November 2001 as a specialist property investment manager and
launched its first property fund in 2002.

The team has established a successful track record in managing property assets throughout Australia and the United States. A key strength of MAB Funds is its ability to offer investors an integrated property investment team incorporating funds management, asset management, development management and support services.

MAB Funds has over $70 million funds under management at 31 December 2016 in the MAB Diversified Property Trust, MAB International Retail Trust and MAB Corporation Syndicated Loan Fund.

MAB Healthcare Trust was wound up in December 2006 with the sale of its sole asset Victoria House at 30 percent above its 2003 purchase price.

MAB Development Fund 1 was wound up with the repayment of the loan facilities in April 2007. MDF1 provided an average annual return to investors of 17.6 percent.

MAB Bourke Street Trust was wound up in May 2009 with the sale of its sole asset The Pavilion (360 Bourke Street) at a sale price of $23.64 Million & a strong total return since inception of 21.5 % per annum to investors.

MAB Funds is a subsidiary of diversified property group MAB Corporation Pty Ltd. With over $2 billion in projects completed or commenced, MAB Corporation generates approximately $200 million in annual sales and has net assets approaching $200 million. MAB Corporation was formed in 1995 by Michael and Andrew Buxton - whose family has been active in real estate since 1861 - and employs over 100 people in its property investment, development and management businesses.

MAB Funds holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (No. 232 747) issued by ASIC which permits it to be a responsible entity and manage direct property schemes, nominated schemes that also hold financial assets.
